Account access and security
You are responsible for securing your account and credentials. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended where available.

Do not abuse platform features, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, or interfere with service reliability.
Requests and duplicate logic
Requests may be de-duplicated using title similarity, date proximity, and entity overlap to keep demand signals clean.
Favorites and premium logic
Favorite limits vary by account status. Verified premium links may unlock higher limits and related features.
Support threads and ticket handling
Support messages are grouped by ticket reference. Admin replies can resolve threads, and email replies remain linked where possible.
API and integration notes
Some routes are internal and may change without notice unless explicitly documented as stable public APIs.
Availability and changes
Features, limits, and policies may evolve over time. Continued use of the platform means you accept current terms.
