参事官・杉原美都里(松雪泰子)に政府組織との関与疑惑が浮上しGATE24存続の危機に。そんな中、反政府組織のリーダーが暗殺を企てているという情報が。税関職員・森万智(趣里)たちGATE24が警戒する中、首席審査官・深澤然(柳葉敏郎)のもとへ妻を人質に脅迫が。犯人の要求は、リーダーが潜んでいる可能性のある便の乗客を入国させること。暗殺計画の阻止か、妻の命か…絶体絶命の事態を突きつけられたGATE24がたどる運命とは!?
