Chisato Nakata is a Japanese former idol, known as a 4th generation member of AKB48. She joined the group in 2007 and was initially active as a kenkyuusei before being promoted to Team A, where she continued her activities as a full member. Nakata was recognized for her bright personality and consistent stage presence, often contributing through theater performances rather than major media exposure. While she was not frequently selected for senbatsu positions, she remained an active and steady presence in the group during its growth period. She graduated from AKB48 in 2017 and has since pursued activities outside of the idol industry, including stage-related work and other entertainment appearances.
